Social Media is there to stay or not!

Social Media is there to stay or not!

In today’s exceedingly interactive world, it is hard to find a person, who being an internet stakeholder is not involved in any kind of doings considered as part of social media. The planet of social media is simply full of tempting participative opportunities. Using of any social network, to make new connections on a daily basis, has become as essential as requiring of an air to breathe. Communicating online and sharing ideas with or without wire have become scheduled practices of web users.
Some obvious reasons characterize ‘social media’ as a place which is definitely to stay, as in recent years it has appeared as an obsessively online thing to be on. Blogs, reviews and opinions, wikis, podcasts, photo and video sharing, and social networking; all these examples of social media make it an exhilarating place to be in. Social media has not only made internet users to connect universally but it has actually executed the plan of making world a global village.
An entrepreneur like Arsalan Hyder Shah says opportunities keep coming your way its just the realization of niche that you want to pick and cash on.
Like its constructive effect on every aspect of life, social media has also taught business professionals to successfully run their businesses by marketing them in cost-effective ways. In this manner, the secret of social media’s success further lies in twofold purpose served by it. One is as said, its cost-effectiveness and the other is served with social’s media’s facility of making, direct interaction of the manufacturer and end consumer, as a possible thing to happen. The later purpose assists marketers in specifically understanding the needs of their target market which leads to outshining of budgeted sales results.
It is unfair to talk so little about social media networks while emphasizing of social media as a place to stay. While hacking into protected areas of Harvard’s computer network, Mark Zuckerberg would have never thought of a fact that he is at the verge of creating a social network which will later on become the fourth largest country in the world of internet. Parents, students, teachers, kids, doctors, engineers, etc; no matter to which population or professional group we belong to, we are utterly implicated with such social networks. The resilience of this bond between us and online social networks drives us to become permanent dwellers of this place. Now what we should just do is: go forward with it.
Despite the fact that social media has become an requisite place to live in, there are couple of striking facts need to be discussed here. The history of social media is not as old as those of other media channels. Exclusively when we talk about origin of social media networking websites, then we are referring to the history of even less than a decade. This undersized history creates a fear of Social network sites ending up like any other fad. Although new forms of technologies will continue to give weight to social networking websites, but the fear of fading out of positive effects of social media cannot be ruled out.
The birth of apprehensions with popularity of any media is a likely thing to happen, however, the prevailing conditions state that permanence in mounting of fondness of social media is unambiguous.
